Taking an option:
If you are not yet completely certain about a particular package or if you have to make some arrangements first, you can apply for an option for this package. Up to 60 days before departure we can hold an option on a package for you for a maximum of 48 hours. If the term for departure is shorter than 60 days, the option is valid for a maximum of 24 hours. In order to apply for an option you must use the Option Form.
Making a booking:
If you want to reserve a package and you agree to our general conditions you can fill in the Reservation Form and send it to us. As soon as we have received your reservation form we will process your application.
Because only a limited number of participants can register per package, it is important that we receive your application in time. Once we have processed your reservation, we will send you a confirmation of the booking. Your booking will only be definite after we have received a down payment (30% of the total amount).

Payment:
Payment of the advance is easiest if made by credit card.
We must have received the remaining amount at latest 48 days before the departure date.
If you reserve a package less than 48 days before departure, or you make a last minute booking, we ask that you pay the total amount immediately.
Before departure:
Two weeks before your departure we will send you all travel documents to guarantee the success of your trip.
