What is included in the price and what is not?

Tickets:
Every package is based on concert and opera tickets of the first category. This ensures that you always have excellent seats, even when the tickets have officially already sold out. Very exceptionally the seats may not be in the first category, but this is explicitly mentioned in the package.

Hotels:
The hotel accommodation is in luxury hotels (4 of 5 star). We intentionally opted for these hotels because they meet the requirements which we have established ourselves. The rooms which form part of our package are standard or deluxe rooms. We offer the option of upgrading your room, for example if you would like a suite. Please mention this in your reservation.

Price:
The total price is the price per person. This price is calculated on the basis of a stay for 2 people. If the booking is for 1 person, you must add the single person supplement. We do not work with extra administration costs, reservation costs or postal costs, so that the price does not increase afterwards.

• Concert tickets and/or opera tickets,
• exhibition tickets (if applicable),
• hotel stay in standard or deluxe rooms (4 or 5 star),
• hotel taxes,
• breakfast (unless otherwise stated: see "excluded"),
• administration costs,
• reservation costs.

• Flight:
  Because we do not know where you are making the booking or where you will be travelling from, the total price of a package does not include flights. However, we are entirely at your service to offer a flight from the location you choose. You can always contact us, without commitment, for a quotation.

• Transport at the destination:
  Because the conditions in each country are different, we have not included the transport at the destination in the price. This gives you full freedom of choice according to your own preferences and circumstances.

• Breakfast:
  The options for breakfast are so extensive in some hotels (room service, continental, American) that in those hotels we prefer not to include breakfast in the price. This enables you to make a choice at the hotel itself which suits you best, or you could have breakfast elsewhere. If breakfast is not included in the price, this is clearly stated in the package.

• Cancellation insurance:
  Cancellation insurance is not included in the package price. Because we work for clients from all over the world, a standard cancellation insurance would not work. We do recommend, however, that you take out cancellation insurance. You can contact your insurance broker, who can offer you this insurance on the obligations and conditions which apply for you, or you can apply for cancellation insurance through us. The insurance is 5% of the package price. See the general conditions for more details in this respect.
